The goal is to create and build a true Diplomacy effort Tweet and Forum site surrounding the "More Perfect Union" philosophy. When enough people join the politicianswill be forced to listen. This is easier said than done.  Forum and Tweet sites consume lots of hard drive and cpu power and grow huge databases. 

The goal is for this to be an American citizen site, and because the sign up is designed to prove your address and age, it will have a direct poll voting component.  The intent is to eventually integrate a database to identify the Congressional or Local government person responsible so results can be directed to them on issues on which Americans vote for them to act in a certain way.  When you sign up, you become an automatic affiliate and if you bring in other parties to join the site you get paid. Before you can post or reply to threads or short tweet subjects you will need to register at https://aftweet.com/Register_to_vote_in_the_polls The cost is a one time two dollar payment which verifies your address and contributes to improving the site You will be able to vote in the polls at gov-shout.com or here at aftweet.com Later it will change to a yearly and then monthly subscription as the costs of building the site grow, but for those who sign up now they will be grandfathered.
